Verhaltenskodex für die Fachschaft Mathematik/Informatik

Code of Conduct for the student council of mathematics and computer science

Die Fachschaft Mathematik/Informatik (FSMI) ist ein Ort, an dem sich alle Studierenden willkommen und wohlfühlen sollen. Um dieses Ziel zu unterstützen, haben wir heute einen Verhaltenskodex verabschiedet, der für jedes Mitglied der Fachschaft und alle Gäste bei Veranstaltungen der FSMI verbindlich ist.

Der Verhaltenskodex wird auf all unseren Veranstaltungen, wie Fachschaftssitzungen, Fakultätsgrillen, Partys und anderen Zusammenkünften, gelten. Wir sind fest entschlossen, sicherzustellen, dass dieser Kodex eingehalten wird und werden die Einhaltung überwachen. Dafür haben wir eine Verhaltenskodex-Beauftragte benannt, diese Person ist dafür zuständig, das Einhalten des Verhaltenskodex zu überwachen, Ansprechpartnerin zu sein und bei der Planung von Veranstaltungen zu beraten.

Deshalb steht euch Marlena Müller (sie/ihr) als Verhaltenskodex-Beauftragte zur Verfügung. Ihr könnt sie über muller@mail.uni-paderborn.de erreichen.

Der Verhaltenskodex ist ein essentieller Leitfaden für unsere Gemeinschaft und trägt dazu bei, dass jeder sich respektiert und unterstützt fühlt. Wir möchten euch ermutigen, den Kodex sorgfältig zu lesen und ihn in eurem Handeln innerhalb und außerhalb der Fachschaft zu berücksichtigen.

Lasst uns gemeinsam an einem harmonischen und positiven Miteinander arbeiten, damit die Fachschaft Mathematik/Informatik weiterhin ein Ort ist, an dem wir uns alle gerne engagieren und entfalten können.

The mathematics/computer science student council (MCSSC) is a place where all students should feel welcome and comfortable. To support this goal, we have adopted a code of conduct today that is binding for every member of the student council and all guests at MCSSC events.

The code of conduct will apply at all our events, such as student council meetings, faculty barbecues, parties and other gatherings. We are determined to ensure that this code is adhered to and will monitor compliance. To this end, we have appointed a Code of Conduct Officer, who will be responsible for monitoring compliance with the code, acting as a contact person and advising on the planning of events.

The Code of Conduct is an essential guide for our community and helps everyone feel respected and supported. We encourage you to read the Code carefully and take it into account in your actions both inside and outside the Students’ Union.
